Policies

Shipping & Delivery

We have multiple distribution centers throughout North America to efficiently service our salon clients in both the United States and Canada.  We ship primarily using FedEx in the United States and orders are generally packed and shipped on the same day that they are placed.  At the time your order is placed, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date and shipping costs. Standard shipping may take 2 - 4 days, but faster shipping options are available at slightly increased costs.  In most cases, we process and ship your items out the same day we receive your order.  
 
We will only sell our products directly to salons or salon professionals and will make this determination at our sole discretion. You may be called to verify your license number.  At no additional cost to you, we may also require a signature confirmation upon receipt of your order to ensure proper delivery.  If a signature is required, anyone at the receiving end may sign for your package. This typically may occur when the cost of your order has a high dollar value, and/or shipping to a PO Box, and suite addresses, or our system does not recognize your address.

It is our policy to email you tracking information once your items have shipped so that you are able to track your shipment online. We can resend your tracking information and provide additional assistance by contacting salon support.

Other technologies ( such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons ) may also be used by the third-party ad networks to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and / or to personalize the advertising content that you see.  OrganicSalonSolutions.com has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information on their practices as well as for instructions about how to opt-out of certain practices.

OrganicSalonSolutions.com's privacy policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or web sites. If you wish to disable cookies, you may do so through your individual browser options. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and/or exchanges. This applies for items sold with ""Free Shipping"" or "Shipping Included".  Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order sent, will still be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated.  Organic Salon Systems will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items returned. Please send All Returns with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are traceable and automatically insured for $100.  Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.  Once the merchandise is in the possession of the carrier's Organic Salon Systems will not be held responsible for any loss, delays, or damage. However, we will do everything possible to file claims for any such loss, delays or damage. We reserve the right to not reimburse customers until claim has been settled. (This includes all shipping charges). 

Returns & Refunds

Some of our packages and product offerings explicitly carry a 30-day money back guarantee. Other than those products or packages that are explicitly marked with a guarantee, all sales are final.

If our products or packages carry such explicit guarantee, than returns are accepted within that 30-day period unless a subsequent order is placed for any other product.  We will refund the initial KeraGreen or Organic Color Systems product package purchase price for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Reorders within 30 days of the initial purchase date negate the refund policy. Not valid for products other than KeraGreen and Organic Color Systems product packages. All other product sales are final. (Some qualified returns are accepted for credit for future purchases with a 20% restocking fee.) Shipping and any fees in both directions for clients will not be refunded. Refunds must be delivered to our main warehouse in Largo, FL and sender is responsible for all duties and shipping fees.

At OrganicSalonSolutions.com, the privacy of our visitors is of extreme importance to us. This privacy policy outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by OrganicSalonSolutions.com and how it is used.

Like many other Web sites, OrganicSalonSolutions.com makes use of log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol ( IP ) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider ( ISP ), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement around the site, and gather demographic information.
